Our goal is to provide an all-inclusive, resort-style experience, from the luxury feel of your home to the level of service our team provides to the free events and perks of being an Axis Camelback resident. We also value transparency and have listed all current costs.

Your rent includes:

  • Membership to our club-level fitness center with Peloton bikes, a yoga studio, resistance training tools, and a suite of equipment
  • Complimentary Starbucks coffee from our barista-style machine that creates lattes, mochas, and more
  • Refreshing cold brew on tap
  • 24-hour access to the clubhouse's lounge with its jumbo-sized television screen, chef-inspired kitchen, business hub, game room, and plenty of seating and gathering areas
  • Two guest passes to enjoy the swimming, spa, and wading pools 
  • Multiple grill, bar, and dining areas maintained by our professional service team
  • Knowledge of how to get into our hidden speakeasy-style lounge, The Watering Hole
  • Positive credit reporting to Experian
  • 24/7/365 emergency maintenance by our dedicated service technicians, who take care of everything from your light bulbs to the air conditioning

To apply to live at Axis Camelback, we have the following move-in costs:
  • Application Fee $50 (per applicant)
  • Administrative Reservation Fee $200** (per apartment)
  • Traditional Deposit $400/$500/$600† (refundable, for one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, respectively)
  • Lease Term Deposit $99/$130 (non-refundable or variable refundable deposit, respectively)

Residents pay the following fees monthly:
  • Liability Insurance $11.95
  • Parking Garage Access $10
  • Pest Control $5
  • Doorstep Trash Pickup $25

You can add any of the following to complete your home here:
  • Storage Space $55/$65/$75 (monthly for 15/20/25 square-feet, respectively)
  • Reserved parking spaces vary based on location and are paid directly to Parking Tree
  • Up to two pets with a $200 refundable deposit, $200 non-refundable fee, and $45 monthly pet rent per pet

Some Fine Print

‡ Electric must be scheduled in your name by your move-in date, and the account number must be provided to the office upon move-in. If not done, you will be charged for electric usage plus a fee of $50 per month.
All utilities, cable, telephone, and internet are the resident's responsibility.

Axis Camelback uses digital parking permits through ParkingTree. All vehicles using the parking garage will need to get a digital parking permit in order to park. All vehicles must have a “digital” parking permit in order to park on the premises. All permits are digital (all users must provide a valid/active email), and no hang tags or stickers will be issued. Vehicles that are not properly permitted may be tagged, ticketed, booted or towed at the owner's expense. Below are the available permit options:

  • Assigned Permit
  • Open Lot Permit
  • EV Permit
  • Guest Permit

Parking in front of the leasing office is strictly reserved for office visitors. Residents and overnight guests are subject to towing.

To protect your resident parking and comply with city ordinances, we partner with Kwik Tow. They patrol our property seven days a week. Any vehicles parked in another resident's reserved space, double-parked, or taking up two spaces are subject to towing. Kwik may also tow any vehicles parked in handicap-marked spaces without placards or plates, fire lanes, blocking a dumpster, or in non-designated parking spots. Violation of these policies may result in towing without warning. Call (623) 444-1020 to reach Kwik Tow.

Enforcing proper parking around our property keeps your car more secure. If you have any questions about this service, please do not hesitate to contact our on-site team.

  • Assigned Permit: $50/mo
  • Open Lot Permit: $10/mo (limit 1 per apartment)
  • EV Permit: $100/mo
  • Guest Permit: $0/day (outside gate area)
  • Guest Permit: $5/day (designated guest spaces inside gate)

Yes! We love pets and welcome all members of your family. Whether you are thinking about moving in or thinking about adopting a new pet for your Axis Camelback home, we ask that you connect with our team to add them to your lease. Pet rent funds our pet parent events, treats in the clubhouse, annual pet presents, gated dog run, and pet wash, as well as covers specific wear and tear items upon move-out. Unreported pets may result in lease violations and fines of up to $100 per pet and a $10/day retroactive fee.

What restrictions are there?
  • Each apartment can have two pets total between canine and feline friends.
  • Dogs must weigh 80 pounds or less.
  • We do not allow certain breeds including, but not limited to, Afghan Hound, Chow, Mastiff, Akita, Doberman, Pit Bull, Cattle Dog, Great Dane, Pointer, Basenji, Greyhound, Rottweiler, Belington Terrier, Husky, Saint Bernard, Burmese Keeshond, Saluki, Bloodhound, Malamute, and Weimaraner.
  • We do not allow snakes, lizards, rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, monkeys, iguanas, or other exotic animals.

We love your furry roommates! As pet people, we value responsible pet ownership. Please remember that while we are a pet-friendly community, not all neighbors are comfortable around animals, and we have a strict leash policy around the property. We invite you to stop by the coffee bar on your walk for a treat!

Upon signing a lease, you agree to abide by its stated guidelines, listed below for your convenience Our goal is to provide a safe, pet-friendly community for everyone. Please join us in promoting these rules so that we can remain fine-free.
 



You are responsible for the animal’s actions at all times. You agree to abide by these rules:
  • The animal must not disturb the neighbors or other residents, regardless of whether the animal is inside or outside the dwelling.
  • Dogs, cats, and support animals must be housebroken. All other animals must be caged at all times. No animal offspring are allowed.
  • Inside, the animal may urinate or defecate only in the designated areas.
  • Outside, the animal may urinate or defecate only in the designated areas.
  • Animals may not be tied to any fixed object anywhere outside the dwelling units, except in fenced yards (if any) for your exclusive use.
  • You must not let an animal other than support animals into swimming-pool areas, laundry rooms, offices, clubrooms, other recreational facilities, or other dwelling units.
  • Your animal must be fed and watered inside the dwelling unit. Don’t leave animal food or water outside the dwelling unit at any time, except in fenced yards (if any) for your exclusive use.
  • You must keep the animal on a leash and under your supervision when outside the dwelling or any private fenced area. We or our representative may pick up unleashed animals and/or report them to the proper authorities. We may impose reasonable charges for picking up and/or keeping unleashed animals.
  • Unless we have designated a particular area in your dwelling unit or on the grounds for animal defecation and urination, you are prohibited from letting an animal defecate or urinate anywhere on our property. You must take the animal off our property for that purpose. If we allow animal defecation inside the dwelling unit in this Addendum, you must ensure that it’s done in a litter box with a kitty litter-type mix. If the animal defecates anywhere on our property (including in a fenced yard for your exclusive use), you’ll be responsible for immediately removing the waste and repairing any damage. Despite anything this Addendum says, you must comply with all local ordinances regarding animal defecation.
ADDITIONAL RULES. We have the right to make reasonable changes to the animal rules from time to time if we distribute a written copy of any changes to every resident who is allowed to have animals.

VIOLATION OF RULES. If you, your guest, or any occupant violates any rule or provision of this Animal Addendum (based upon our judgment), you will be subject to a fine. Fines will start at $25 for violations such as not picking up pet waste or not having your pet on a leash in the aforementioned areas. Three or more fines or any one major violation will result in a written notice to permanently remove the animal from the premises within the time period specified in our notice. We also have all other rights and remedies set forth in the Lease Contract, including damages, eviction, and attorney’s fees.

We are proud to provide a completely smoke-free living environment. This prohibits all residents, visitors, and staff/contractors from smoking anywhere on the property. Our priority is to ensure each of you is comfortable in your home at Axis Camelback, and we thank you for your cooperation.
